Welcome to Parker-Varney's Flat Stanley Project. Each year Miss Jobel's fourth grade class reads Flat Stanley by: Jeff Brown. The story tells what happens to a boy name Stanley when he is flattened by a bulletin board and is sent through the mail to visit his friend. Each student makes their own Flat Stanley and sends it to a family member or friend who then keeps Flat Stanley for a week or so and writes back about his trip.
